About Patricia Podolec

Patricia A. Podolec is an attorney at law. She practices primarily in the areas of employment law, representing employees, including federal employees, administrative law and civil rights. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resource Certification Institute. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Podolec worked in human resources and was also an assistant attorney general in the general counsel section of the Office of the Attorney General.

Ms. Podolec is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association's Government and Administrative Law and Employment Law sections and is a past chair of the OBA Professionalism Committee. She is also a member of the Federal Bar Association and the American Bar Association and a member of the Oklahoma Employment Lawyers Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association. Ms. Podolec earned her B.A. degree from Oklahoma State University; her M.B.A. degree from the University of Central Oklahoma; and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
